How Digital Guides Work

GentleFirsts products are designed to be simple to buy, access and use when you need them. Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, our guides are digital products rather than physical books.

1. Choose the guide that fits the question in front of you

Each guide is intentionally focused. Start with the topic your family is dealing with now rather than trying to solve every future stage at once.

2. Complete checkout online

After a successful purchase, your digital product is made available through the delivery method shown during checkout and in your order communications. There is no physical shipment for a digital-only product.

3. Save your copy

Download or save the file to a device you control. Keeping a local copy makes it easier to return to the guide later.

4. Read on screen or print the tools you need

The guides are designed for both digital reading and practical use. When a product includes checklists, trackers or caregiver sheets, you can print copies for your personal household use.

5. Use the guide as a starting point—not a substitute for individualized care
