Digital Purchase & Download Policy

This policy explains the intended use of GentleFirsts digital products and what to do if you have a delivery problem.

Digital product delivery

Unless a product page says otherwise, GentleFirsts products are digital goods. After successful payment, access is provided through the delivery method presented during checkout and in the related order communications. Digital products do not include physical shipping.

Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a personal, noncommercial, nontransferable right to use the purchased files. You may save the files to your own devices and print reasonable copies for your personal household use.

Caregiver copies

When a guide includes a checklist or caregiver handoff tool, you may print or share that practical page with a caregiver for the purpose of caring for your child. This does not grant permission to redistribute the full product or make it publicly available.

Not permitted

• Reselling or sublicensing the files.
• Uploading the files to public websites, shared drives, marketplaces or file-sharing services.
• Redistributing the full product to other households or organizations.
• Using the content as the basis for a competing commercial product.

Refunds and technical problems

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, digital purchases are generally final after access or download has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you receive a duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased file, or receive a corrupt or incorrect file, use the Contact page so the issue can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

Keep a local copy

After downloading a product, save a copy to a device or storage location you control so you can continue to use it for your personal needs.
