Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about GentleFirsts guides, downloads and how the products are meant to be used.
Are GentleFirsts products physical books?
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, GentleFirsts guides are digital products. No physical item is shipped.
Who are the guides made for?
The initial GentleFirsts library is being developed for U.S. parents and caregivers of children from birth through age 3.
Can I print the guides?
Yes. You may print copies for your own personal household use, including practical copies of included checklists, trackers and caregiver handoff tools.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Purchases are for personal, noncommercial use. Do not resell, re-upload, redistribute or make the files available for public download.
Are the guides medical advice?
No. GentleFirsts resources are educational and do not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Child-specific medical questions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
What if I cannot access my download?
Use the Contact page and provide enough order information to identify the purchase and the technical problem.
Can digital purchases be returned?
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally treated as final once access or download has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a duplicate, corrupt file or delivery problem needs to be corrected. See the Digital Purchase & Download Policy for details.
